Instantly open the person's chat when you accept their request so you wouldn't have to scroll through your list to find their name.

There needs to be some find of color/formatting for banned.
Just like how premium's have a grey bold color. Minions have green bold. banned should have a strikeout on their username

How does this help anyone? The only thing I can think of is making it so scams with fake *****s are no longer possible...This affects such a small percentage of transactions and the cons vastly outweigh the pros of having ***** being allowed.

There should be a github for IM (but not post the code, just for issues an requests), so we can add suggestions and Dave can immediately mark suggestions as shit, or high, low, medium priority.

Graying out the history of the chat seems counter intuitive. Makes it seem like what was said was redundant. Can we see the whole entire chat log?
Suggestion: Mobile app; I can't be on the computer all of the day when I go outside I was using ***** mobile app but on MPGH IM that's not possible for a seller that means to lose a customer or maybe more
