[BETA] MPGH Embedded Chat

I have a suggestion and I'm saying it out of love from everyone, so don't take this to heart:

Make the IM feature an option instead of forcing everyone to use it.

I'm going to be honest, it would have been cool to just release it as a beta and have users try it but enforcing them to use it while it's doing so is a tad bit ridiculous.

All in all, make IM an option, not a demand.

I'm a user who enters here from time to time, my feedback is that you can't compete against a IM service like Sky.pe. Most people from here has a Sky.pe account even before knowing MPGH, Sky.pe overall is a good IM software backed by Microsoft, it's known by a lot people and it's easier to use.

What you're doing is, forcing people to enter the site in order to do a transaction, which IMO is not the correct way. New people only see your thread once and then add you in Sky.pe, they don't enter MPGH as often as they do with Sky.pe. This is my main concern which you'll have to fix if you want a separate IM.

Notifications are buggy when I have multiple chats open (since it's the only way to not forget about a conversation) I don't get some messages because there seems to be a limit of chats you can have opened which is retarded as well. You can't have many chats openned and IM to work correctly, and on the other hand you can't close the chats because there is no way you will rmember who the heck you were seapking with.

Members go offline all the time because they are surfing the forum and can't really have IM opened at the same time because of how shitty it looks.

The "new messages" notification sound level should be editable (have not seen an option for this) they are way too low.

Browser: chrome 67 latest

Problem: cannot type anymore than 1 word on my phone, chatbox clears when space is pressed. have to either copy paste or use 2 separate phone. I'll add video tomorrow.

Change notification sound or at least make it louder. I barely notice when it plays. Especially when I have music or am watching a movie. Also add a notification sound for when someone adds you. I don't think there is a sound for that (at least, haven't heard it yet)

Not sure if it's been suggested, but the ability for users to sort contacts they've added into groups, easy to sort marketplace sellers especially.

Almost 2 weeks have gone by... At least 80% of customers have left. I'm getting people asking me questions through PM! For God's sake, PM! That how bad IM currently is.

We have had no update, no change, or anything that could lift out spirits up. The forum is simply dying and probably less and fewer people are coming into the forum as each day goes by.

Day 12: Nothing has been changed. Suggestions on this thread seem to be useless. No update from the heads of this forum. Nulled's marketplace keeps growing by the minute while MPGH is just slowly dying. Customers are angry, sellers are angry.


Suggestion
All we would like is a simple update of that you guys are working on implementing or doing. That's not that hard guys. We are just trying to make this shit work for everyone so that we can put all this aside and get things back to normal, or something similat to "Normal".

Havent made a single sale since switching to the IM.

Have received only 1 message from customer asking to buy something.

Before i used to get around 10 sky.pe contact requests a day.

Honestly forcing this upon people is only going to drive people away from this site, i love this site and been on it for so many years now but this is a real killer for me.

All my shops have suffered i havent made a sale and its only been a matter of days....

Its slowed the process of transactions and sales going through because i have to literally be so lucky that me and the person who wants to buy something are online at the exact same time, whereas on sky.pe i get notifications to my phone and so does the customer so the transaction can happen so much faster and swifter.

There is no way that MPGH survives even if this chat thing becomes perfected.

The bugs arent the problem, its the fact that the Majority of customers are in no way going to bother to create an mpgh account, then message someone on the chat and wait for a response hours later because unless im at home on my computer with the chat open theres no way i can respond

Also what are the motives behind this forced change? Surely if you get scammed by adding the wrong s.kype youre just an idiot and theres really nothing that can be done about it its your own fault

This IM CHAT is really not the correct solution to that problem
