anyway to win this? i got this mesage earlier today

in order to continue with our investigation, we need documentation supporting your claim that the item is damaged or significantly not as described. Please obtain a document (such as an estimate or invoice) from an unbiased third-party, such as a dealer, repair shop, appraiser, or another individual or organization that is qualified in the area of the item in question (other than you).

This document should detail the extent of the damage or clearly explain how the item received significantly differs from the item advertised. Please do not proceed with any repairs or alterations to the item, as doing so will limit our ability to successfully resolve your claim, and may result in the cancellation of your dispute.

i know its probably not possible but might as well ask before i have to send shit back.

Well, what kind of item is it?

It'sa TV along with an SSD. And yes before everyone starts I know. Everything you can possibly say about the items.I know. I went for it. Didn't work so.

I just need some help. If it's not possible than that's fine. Just curious before I have to deal with the returns.

Did it work out? And did they follow up with whoever you put on the documents? Like a call from PayPal and such?

As I mentioned above, "maybe it will work, maybe it won't"

From personal experience fake documents have a 50/50 chance of passing. The better the fake the higher the chance of it actually passing.

You could just go to a professional let them check it out, make them write out a receipt that its in perfect shape. Take it home, scan the receipt and just photoshop it into saying that it is damaged?

I handnt thought it through this far. I thought it would be handled by someone else. So I'm a bit over my head. I'm just gonna return it and not deal with the hassle. Thanks for the info though.

Yeah i just ordered a 75 inch tv from samsung today which i thought i would be able to refund, is it still possible to refund with a paypal dispute or no?

They are responding. I got one. You might it is a big item. But maybe you will get lucky.

So just make a claim and say it didn't come lol?
