It is a HUGE issue when you can't constantly communicate with existing and new customers. You can't ask for "patience" when it's been the same thing for many months it's unreliable and shitty IM. If you want to force an IM than first have one that isn't offline 50% of the time.
but in general, MPGH got the best marketplace and with strict rules, they can keep it healthy. I hope some new update will come soon, but it's too late for changes now.

Yeah this IM shit is ridiculous. You cannot force something to be the main point of communication when it is down most of the time, slow as hell and missing a ton of features to make it better that other services offer lol.
I agree, I get that ***** was offering a potential way for scammers to swipe in and impersonate sellers but when you can't even get in contact with sellers seems a bit dumb to blanket ban other methods of contact.
wasn't it last online down like 2 days ago as well? Seems to come and go in bouts of not down for a while then down every other day for a bit
