DECA made it so you can only connect on 2 clients per ip when you had written this.

I am only using a single client on my home network, but I am using a 4G mobile home network to play and connecting to a server where it might actually be likely there would be other players using the same 4G network for there homes but surely I would have a different IP but maybe similar IP Bands?
