To address the ip banning issue; We ip banned the isp he was connecting too in his city. So basically anyone who was connecting with the same isp company in the city wouldn't be able to access the site. We did this for a short period of time in an attempt to make him stop, which it did. That was our goal and for the most part we succeeded. We're not dumbasses, we know about proxys, Vpns, and changing your ip addresses.

He requested his account back in exchange for the accounts that he keylogged, but sadly, Mpgh doesn't negotiate with site terrorism. We offered him one ultimatum, the chance to start new on Mpgh with a "clean" slate, though he would never be able to release a program on Mpgh again. He declined the offer but promised his attempts at keylogging would stop. Although these are comforting words, that DOES NOT mean our problems are over. Time will tell
Steps being taken to ensure this won't happen again
Hopefully by taking these steps we can make the community a safer place for you guys.
