For starters, I suggest you experiment with Sumo Paint (basically an online version of Photoshop that lacks many MANY photoshop features, but the 'engine' runs similar to Photoshop and you don't need to download anything.

Then from there, improvise for a few hours for 1 week, and then if you start to get good at it, get Photoshop and start reading tutorials + getting used to Photoshops UI (User interface / controls)
