Creating Private Server

Well the title says it all, anyone have any experience in making a private server or texturizing characters and guns ? I would like as much help as possible

A bit in making just following some tuts but none in the guns and other but if u leech stuff from other servers, u dont need to worry

Any experience is fine would you like to do it with me ? Im a newbie myself Aside from rs p servers
