Recent "Update"
Well the recent "update" was a ban wave..... I got banned for modded profiles, and is there any way to remove it? i found a tut on that on xboxiso but cant find it any more

There's really no fool-proof way of unbanning yourself. Once you're banned, you're banned.
There was a way to remove a flag by clearing your NAND, etc, but I don't think that works anymore.
