A possible "ban"?

While botting my computer randomly shut off (Character 2 was botting)

Then when I try to login to the account, the characters appear but when I select Character 2 the screen goes black and gives me a message "You've been disconnected from the server"

Then I tried Characters 1 and 3 and they can get in just fine... what's wrong? Is Character 2 not usable because of the random shutdown?

I am assuming my Character 2 is still "logged in"... Have this ever happened to you before, or ever heard of this?

Edit: this is still going on.

Edit 2: I am using MhWalker (newest version), l2noob2 console, and Your Godmode/OHK .dll, and Sinjector.

yeah if they were to ban you it would be the whole account. I dont know what would cause this issue, but if it was one of your characters still being logged in you would get a IP message that your still logged in. Which would still allow you access to your account but you would have to wait 10 minutes to access your shit... i.e. mailbox and marketplace but thats a typical issue for those that reset their broad band often...

now that i think about it, there was a thread of a picture of a person actually getting banned, and it stated it in the picture. Assuming that is going to be the current norm for nexon then your not banned. Wait awhile see if that works, it happened to me few times and that usually helps. A few times i just reset the computer and it worked after that dont ask me why....

It's just a problem with the server or your computer/internet. Give it a day or two and it will fix itself, hopefully.

That's more likely just a server problem. Nexon fails at managing their servers.
On another note, this is probably a useless tip for most, but I suggest creating a separate character for botting.
Just in case you do get caught.

Update on the problem: It is still continuing. I can access Characters 1 and 3, but not Character 2.

More than likely your computer shutting off while logged into the character corrupted some of the information that's stored in your client. I would suggest uninstalling the game, and wiping the data directory, registries, and vindictus folder, then re-installing it, and that might possibly fix it.

Other than that, not really seeing anything else that could be an issue at this point. Try a separate installation to a different folder, or something. *shrug*
