Version.ini

Well, the damn error is back:
Failed to download Version.ini
Already uninstalled and deleted every folder and re installed and it stays the same.

Have you reinstalled? Also try disabling your A/V.

dude..look at his post. He said he already uninstalled and re-installed.
Try disabling your Anti-Virus. If that doesn't work, then re-install, but re-installing using SAFE MODE <--.
