CFPH: "SOV to FOX"

I dont know how it's in CF Vietnam, but in North America (NA) cfrez.exe is needed, like I already posted in a few other Threads.
I also think skin modding may be possible without cfrez.exe, but character-modding is not.
Just ask @RoLe he should know howto.

I would love to see that, SOV is SPOP right? If anyone can do this, please make one for CFNA

marv told me it's patched, also with cfrez.exe.

method is found.

so if I wouldnt have shared it with 'em,
