Coding [Help]

Can some one tell me how to start off in c++ i have made a injector for combat arms and in many games but dont know how to make hacks. I only know how to transfer coding to dll files, i started to look at other people coding but can't figure it out so if you know a site that can translate the commands that would be very helpful.
