Well a wallhack can be made in diffrent ways.

With the use of dip (drawindexedprimitive)
- This needs to be hooked (if you don't know what hooking is i suggest you google it).
For example you can lit the players so you can see them thru the walls (kind of like chams)
Or you can do it in a diffrent way, for example with the use of some addies, etc.

Alot of ways to make a succesfull wallhack..

You don't jump into making hacks just like that, try starting at the basics first. It's more than just Copy & Paste, you also need to retrieve the offsets, pointers, hack addresses, and make your own bypass. Google tutorials for C++, and try not to skip around. It takes time, effort, and patience. If you are really dedicated into this, great for you but it's very time consuming.
