You can use Steam Achievement Manager to remove achievements (current version 6.3)

And if V3 is the same as V4 then don't press F7 as it unlocks all the achievements at the same time.

Why i extract the rar file to payday 2 game Directory, but open game can't use the hack!!

Same here. Used this hack in the past and it was great but now it isn't working. I loved the Fov and inf ammo + no recoil. Pretty sure I had the guage weapons as well. Please fix !
