Ties don't count towards your 10 WINS, so your either lying, or really confused and somehow see Distinguished Master Guardian with a badge next to your name lol.

Works very well, thanks for the great post. Following up with OP I don't recommend using the aimbot its 100% obvious, but the triggerbot is extremely accurate and I have no complaints for functionality. One bug I did come across is after a game no matter what you do whether it be start another game, go to the market place, open up options etc the game will crash. And you have to reload CS:GO and reload the hack all over again.
