How to chceck that server have lua allowed?

No, you can't use it if it's 0.
You will then need a bypasser, those might get you banned.
Ahack on the other hand, will likely not cause you a ban.
Might get you a server ban, nothing more.

I use lua hack on this server and some detect my lua script and i am pernament banned. Question: When i use dll hack not lua. i have chances to detect like in lua script hack?

It all depends on which server and who runs it, if it's a competent server administrator, then the chances of you getting banned are high to severe.
If it's on a low-brow not so good administrated server, then the chances are much more slim to get banned.
It's all about what you use, where you use it and how you use it.
i.e. If you use a public hack on a well known server with competent owners, then the chance of getting banned is more or less, to simply put it.
You will get banned, it's just a question of when.
There is no such a thing as VAC in GMod. You can not be banned by VAC, if you use a bypasser or lua cheat.

@polivilas you're joking right? AHack is a decent cheat, works really good. Also for a bypasser I suggest you use Alexander's it works well.
