i keep getting error code -1 when i try logging in what is it does it have anything to do with it?

Use the latest Dll by Harold (check the download, version is now 2.5), and press Numpad 0, Numpad 1, and Numpad 2 to toggle the various features. You might have to toggle numlock on/off.

How does he get it windowed mode as in the video?

You have to press Insert i think.
